The idea of the Black Sun as the 'Mother' and 'source' makes sense too. (This came up as an 'error' when I replied to that, so will do so here).Wulfingahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09677624595873274726noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4001978825743954228.post-9929039593187278022021-02-26T09:39:36.530-08:002021-02-26T09:39:36.530-08:00Wulf,

This is to say that using our observation and logic we can deduce from the experience of life what certain truths are. For example the law of polarity is such that we have opposites in everything, up and down, hot and cold, light and dark, man and woman, etc...
This law provides us with a clue to the unknown god, or the black sun, or the black mother.
If the Sun is the source of all things physical, then the law of polarity says that there must be a polar to this, which we can observe by attempting to discern where things like "thought" come from, or non-physical things. Now why is this called "mother"?
If we look at the sun it is a feminine force, it gives, it warms, it caresses, many cultures symbolized this as masculine but I believe the norse had it right with feminine for the reasons I outlined. Contrast this with the Moon, masculine, it pulls and forces itself upon the earth, pulling so strongly that its effects are felt on earth, this is a masculine quality. So too is the Black or hidden sun then a feminine energy, it creates, everything, thought precedes action, black sun precedes yellow sun. The black sun is the source of all, she is the Mother.

Wulf, I hope you take the time to read what I have written to you. I follow your words and works and have found value in the things you say. I appreciate your perceptions and therefore you.

May you bring your ancestors Glory,
Hrothgar OdinsonInciterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17539327470244953620noreply@blogger.com
